The bot analytics system logs three things per visit: the bot name derived from the user agent, the resource type requested (HTML page, llms.txt, RSS feed, etc.), and the date. No URLs are logged, no post titles, no user data, and no IP addresses. When you contribute to the network, your site is identified by a one-way hash that cannot be reversed to reveal your domain. The signal we need to understand crawler behavior does not require any personally identifiable or site-identifying data, and data you would be uncomfortable sharing should not be collected in the first place.
One Pro license covers up to 3 WordPress installs. Activation is tracked by domain. If you need to move a license to a different site, remove the key from the old site first to free up a slot.
